The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including a full-size chef's kitchen with a gas cooktop, a separate laundry with a washing machine and iron, and a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower, hair-dryer, and basic toiletries.For business travelers, a dedicated workspace with a built-in desk and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided.
Comfort is ensured by built-in hydronic heating and air conditioning split systems, while entertainment is covered by a Samsung Frame TV with dedicated guest access to Netflix and other streaming apps. Guests can also enjoy the private outdoor patio, which opens to create an indoor/outdoor living space. Private onsite parking is available for stays over one week, with plenty of free street parking otherwise.

Parking (Street): Plenty of free street parking is available, but it is time-restricted during business hours and the beginning of Saturday morning (2-hour limit).
Safety & Security: Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and in the shared garage area (guests only access this area for bins).

About the name Yerndaville (Yern-da-ville)
Yerndaville Studio is located on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. Our house's name, Yern-da-ville, is the traditional Woi-wurrung word for North Melbourne. We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners and their Elders past and present. We are proud to honour the original language of this land and invite our guests to respect and enjoy this ancient part of Melbourne.
As we are using unceded first nations land for rental accommodation, we 'pay the rent' to traditional owners through regular payments to the Pay The Rent Grassroots Collective
